Talking Light-Up Clown Head is made of latex. Clown eyes light up and flash green while talking. Mouth moves when he talks. (3) "AA" Batteries are not included. Please note: batteries need to be in the item for the “try me” button to work. Head measures approximately 11" high x 9" wide. Clown says the following phrases: "Ahhh, I'm wearing make up, what's your excuse. Hahaaa, I thought my costume was funny looking until I saw you! Don't go away mad, just go away!
